By accessing or using the Fisarum AI website, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fisarum AI.

Fisarum AI provides autonomous agentic AI infrastructure, including but not limited to proprietary language models, analytics dashboards, and automation tools designed to give organizations full control over their AI stack. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

When using our Services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when requested. • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our systems. • Not use the Services to generate, distribute, or promote harmful, illegal, or abusive content. • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and outputs. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness: • AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. • Outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. • You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and appropriately using any AI-generated content. Fisarum AI disclaims all liability for decisions or actions taken based on AI outputs.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Fisarum AI website and within our Services are the property of Fisarum AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data, prompts, or inputs you submit. By submitting content, you grant Fisarum AI a limited license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fisarum AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no payment was made.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to Fisarum AI or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
